PEOPLE + ACCESS
Bring in the whole group without giving everyone the controls.
Tourn.app separates the participant roster from organizer permissions. Add people before they sign in, send private invitations, bulk-load names, assign teams, and give co-organizers or event leads only the management rights their work requires.
IN THE APP
How this feature works.
- 1
Build the roster
Add a person, paste a list, or upload a CSV before or after participants create their accounts.
- 2
Send private access
Deliver an invitation by supported channel or copy the trip link, then track pending and accepted status.
- 3
Delegate carefully
Assign trip-wide defaults or per-member overrides for event management, teams, and scorekeeping.
PRACTICAL EXAMPLES
Where it fits into a real tournament.
- One owner and three office field-day administrators
- Volunteer scorekeepers limited to assigned events
- Fifty reunion participants bulk-loaded before invitations
- Team assignments made before players sign in
- A private trip link that connects the authenticated invitee
DETAILS
Frequently asked questions.
Does Tourn.app charge per participant?
No. Every current tier supports unlimited players. Tiers differ in trip length, event count, organizer limits, branding, and built-in games.
Can I add people before they create an account?
Yes. Organizers can create roster records, paste or upload a list, assign teams, and later connect the authenticated participant.
Can scorekeepers be limited to one event?
Yes. Event-specific permissions can allow result entry without granting broader trip administration.
